WORKFORCE / TRIBAL NATIONS

Staff and community
housing on tribal land.

For tribal governments, housing authorities and tribal enterprises.

Private rooms with their own bath for clinic, school and enterprise staff, and for people waiting on a permanent home.

THE PROBLEM

Too few homes for families, and nowhere for new staff.

Clinics, schools and enterprises recruit staff who have nowhere to live, while families wait for homes. A room for a new nurse or teacher keeps a needed role filled, and transitional rooms help while permanent homes are built.

HOW TRIBES USE IT

One unit family, many community needs.

PAYING FOR IT

Ways tribes fund it.

Eligibility and rules are set by each program. We check fit on the first call. Outpost units are private rooms for one or two people, not family homes.

THE UNITS

One shell family.
Built for crews and staff.

Every market on this page uses Outpost: private rooms with a factory-built bath pod and a kitchenette, on the same 4 ft wall module. Mix the layouts in one cluster.

PILOT PROGRAM

Start with one cluster
on one site.

A pilot puts real rooms in use, shows how residents live in them, and gives you a clear plan for the next phase.

Pilot terms are set with you for each site. Pricing is quoted per project.
