Concept imagery

Renderings, floor plans and other imagery on the site are concepts. They show an idea of a home or finish and may differ from what is built.

Prices are estimates, not offers

Where the site shows a starting price, it is an estimate. It is not an offer, a quote or a commitment to sell at that price. Site work, permits, options and other costs can change what a home costs. Any price is only confirmed by Sundello in writing.

Requests are not orders

Sending a quote request, using the customizer, or chatting with us does not create an order or a contract. It lets us follow up with you.
