This page explains, in plain language, what the Sundello Homes website (sundello.com) does with the information you give it.

What you can send us

The quote form on the Ava page and the Ava customizer ask for your name, an email address or phone number, and your ZIP code. You can also add a note. The customizer also sends the options you picked, such as roof, layout, collection and finishes, and a link back to your selections.

The chat bubble on our pages sends the messages you type into it.

Where it goes

Quote form and customizer details, and chat messages, are sent to Sundello’s lead system, called Span, which runs at span.scaffold.site. We use them to follow up on your request. The chat window loads from that same server, so, as with any website, it can see the technical details a browser sends with a request, such as your IP address.

If the form can’t send

If the quote form or customizer can’t reach the lead system, the page opens a message in your own email app, addressed to Sundello’s sales email and filled in with your inquiry. You can also copy the inquiry instead. Nothing is sent by email unless you send it yourself.

Saved on your device

The customizer remembers your selections in your browser’s local storage, on your device, so you can pick up where you left off. That copy stays on your device until you submit a request. You can clear it in your browser settings.

No analytics or advertising trackers

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.

Asking us to delete your information

To ask us to delete the information you sent, use the contact form on the Ava page or the chat bubble, and tell us what you would like removed.

Selling information

We do not sell your personal information.

Changes to this page

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its date.
